At the age of 15, I was diagnosed with OCD; at 16, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Seasonal Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Insomnia. 


Striving for perfection was like second nature to me and I was the scathing judge. Trying to be perfect always ended the same way—feeling overwhelmed, worn down, and NEVER, EVER enough. Years later, the depressive and panic episodes became so intense I was forced to resign from a job I loved to address the underlying issues. 


During this tidal wave of change, I embodied the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between mind, body, and soul by nurturing my whole self. Through fitness, nutrition, and mental conditioning, I rose up to learn a whole new way of being. My passion is to take the tools I’ve used to help you rise up to become the whole of who you really are as well. To become SWOL: body, mind, and soul.

Inclusive and unique, I offer a training experience designed to greatly improve functional fitness through a combination of sports performance and functional strength training for all fitness levels. We start where you are and build from there. First, we get moving, then we get strong, then we get powerful. It takes time, but I will help you get there.
