STEP DESCRIPTION:

STEP IS A 6-WEEK PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR BEGINNERS TO INTRODUCE YOU TO TRAINING IN OR OUT OF THE GYM AND HELP YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT. THIS PROGRAM HAS FIVE UNIQUE WORKOUTS EACH WEEK CONSISTING OF A FULL-BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT, TWO LOWER BODY DAYS, ONE UPPER BODY STRENGTH DAY, + MOBILITY/ACTIVE RECOVERY. AFTER WEEK TWO, A BEGINNER HIIT IS THEN ADDED ON MOBILITY DAY.
